"Good teachers, but my confidence slipped a bit"
The teachers definitely know their stuff, and most of the lessons are easy to follow. I did start to lose a little trust, though, when a few explanations felt rushed or inconsistent compared to earlier classes. Overall, I learned from it, but I’m not as confident in the experience as I was at the beginning.

"Good coverage, but a bit uneven feeling"
Overall, I think the coverage is decent and most of the topics I needed were there. Some parts felt kind of too short though, and then other sections went into a lot more detail than I expected. It was good for getting the basics, but I did still end up checking other sources a few times because not everything felt fully balanced

I got the PrepLadder subscription mostly for the video lectures and notes, it felt like decent value for the money. The lectures are mostly easy to follow, and it helped me revise quicker than flipping through my usual books all the time.
That said, the app does feel a little heavy now and then, and some topics dragged on more than I expected. And suddenly you realize, wow, this is only useful if you’re actually showing up every day. But if you are consistent, it’s definitely worth it.

"Live classes have been useful"
I mostly joined prepladder for the live classes, they’ve helped me stay a lot more regular. Like, once you know a class is happening live, you kind of push yourself to attend. The teachers explain doubts in a simple way too, which really helps. Pace is usually fine, not too fast most of the time. Sometimes the class starts a few minutes late, which is a bit annoying, but nothing major. Overall, it’s been worth it for me so far.

"Pretty useful for exam prep, honestly"
A lot of the questions felt really close to what I saw on the actual exam, which was awesome. I was kind of impressed at first, though some parts still felt just okay and not super exciting. Overall, it helped me feel more prepared.

"Refund came through, eventually"
I cancelled my plan after a few days and requested a refund. Support took longer than I would’ve liked to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but to be fair, they did process it in the end. The money showed up back in my account after about a week. Not the smoothest experience, but it worked out.

"Solid question bank, just a few repeats"
Overall, I’d say this is a good question bank. The questions felt useful and worth practicing, and my gut feeling is that it helped me spot the areas I needed to work on. There were a few repeats here and there, and some of the explanations could definitely be clearer, but it’s still a solid resource.

The app works smoothly for me most days. Compared to some other apps I use, it feels a lot less glitchy, though every now and then the videos take a bit to load.

"Slow support made things more frustrating than they needed to be"
I reached out to support and the replies took way too long. It wasn’t just the waiting itself, but the feeling of being stuck without knowing what was going on. A quicker response would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot more reassuring.

The videos are clear enough, and the lectures are easy to follow. Like, they explain things in a simple way, so I wasn’t sitting there confused or having to replay every part over and over.

"Clean, straightforward, and respectful of your time"
I’ve been using PrepLadder for daily study, the app feels easy to settle into. The interface is clean, the videos are simple to find, and it doesn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming. I also appreciate that it doesn’t waste your time with unnecessary confusion, which feels important when students are already under pressure. Loading can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it’s been a smooth and fair experience for studying regularly.

"Cleared my doubts without too much back and forth"
I had a few topics where I was kind of stuck, so I tried the doubt option on prepladder. the replies were helpful and didn’t feel like those copy-paste answers. A couple of them took a bit of time, but when they came, they actually made things clearer. I also liked that some explanations gave me simple ways to remember stuff, like quick mental shortcuts, which made revision feel less stressful. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far

"test series accuracy could Be better"
I tried the test series some of the answers didn’t feel right. A few explanations were also kind of confusing, so I wasn’t always sure what to trust. It’s still decent for practice, but the accuracy really needs better Checking
